Are you ready for the winter weather?
Why do we need to be prepared for the winter weather?
The Met Office has issued a weather warning forecasting low temperatures for our region from today and through the weekend. Overnight temperatures are confidently expected to reach as low as -6°C to -10°C and daytime no more than 2°C or 3°C.
The Met Office also have a warning in place for icy roads, predominantly towards the East of the county, but it may affected the Eastern fringes of Mid Suffolk and will certainly affect the Shotley peninsula.
