Anti-social behaviour can severely affect poeple's quality of life. It also incurs costs to a wide range of people. It is important we all work together to tackle this problem and make our community a safe and enjoyable place to live. If you are a tenant or leaseholder of a Council property and are experiencing problems you can report incidents to us by phoning the housing contact number, 01473 825757 or by completing the form, following the link above. Car park excess charge notice
To appeal about a car park excess charge notice, please complete the appeal form on the car parks page.
Refuse collection problems
If there is a problem with your refuse collection (domestic or trade), for example a missed collection or lost/stolen bin, you can email us, recycling@midsuffolk.gov.uk, or telephone the Refuse Hotline number 0845 6066045 (Local Rate Call).
All other problems

Formal complaints procedure
If you have already reported a problem or appealed, and the situation is not resolved, you may wish to formally complain about the service you have received. If that is the case, please read our pages about formal complaints and compliments.
