Strategic Plan
Summary
|
The stratigic plan links into the themes and outcomes of the 20 year county wide Community Strategy and also to the work being carried out by the local strategic partnerships of Babergh East and West Suffolk. It sets the direction for the Council and the way we will work and will be supported by detailed medium term (three year) plans, focused on the priority themes. These will set out, in the first instance, what is to be achieved in the three-year lifetime of the Council’s financial strategy and county-wide Local Area Agreement which runs until 2011.
