Anti-social behaviour destroys lives and shatters communities. It also incurs costs to a wide range of people. It is important we all work together to tackle this problem and make our community a safe and enjoyable place to live. To report an anti-social incident, please complete the form on the anti-social behaviour page.
If you are a tenant or leaseholder of a Council property and are experiencing problems with your neighbours, you should contact your Tenancy Services Officer, email: tenant.services@babergh.gov.uk See the Council Tenant Anti-social behaviour page for specific information for Council Tenants.
Car park excess charge notice
To appeal about a car park excess charge notice, please complete the appeal form on the car parks page.
Refuse collection problems
If there is a problem with your refuse collection (domestic or trade), for example a missed collection or lost/stolen bin, you can report it online via Customer Service Direct (CSD) . Alternatively, you can email them, customerservice@csduk.com, or telephone the Refuse Hotline number 0845 6066045 (Local Rate Call).

All other problems
To report problems please use the form on the OneSuffolk report a problem page. 
We have joined with OneSuffolk to enable you to report the following problems to us:
- Abandoned cars
- Beaches - oil contamination, obstacles etc.
- Damage to a street name sign, litter bin or doggie bin
- Dogs - lost, found, dangerous dogs, dog fouling.
- Drainage problems
- Fly posting
- Fly tipping
- Litter
- Noise
- Odour
- Rat or mice infestations
- Smoke, fumes or dust
