We have upgraded the IT Systems for Mid-Suffolk District Council and Babergh District Council Council Tax, Business Rates, Council Tax Benefit and Housing Benefit as part of an ongoing partnership to improve services. As a result we were unable to process any Benefits, Council Tax or Business Rate changes or claims on our computer system from 22nd November 2011 until 15th December 2011.
We are working to reduce the resulting backlog. You should still report moves and changes and submit New Claims promptly, do not delay contacting us.
