Revaluation 2010

Summary

The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) has compiled a new draft Rating List. This comes into force on 1 April 2010.

Ratepayers can look up the new values and see information about all aspects of the Revaluation on the VOA website at www.voa.gov.uk/2010.

The VOA has a dedicated telephone line for dealing with Revaluation queries - 0845 602 2010.

An estimate of the 2010 rate bill may be obtained from the government website at www.businesslink.gov.uk/estimatemyrates.
