Construction of a new Community Facility in Hadleigh, Suffolk
Babergh District Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to be considered for inclusion on a select list of tenderers for the construction of a Dry Leisure Facility in Hadleigh near Ipswich, Suffolk.
The projected construction budget is £1.6m to £1.8m.
It is intended to award the contract by the end of January 2009.
The contract will be based on a traditional procurement route.

The closing date to request a copy of the Pre-Qualification questionnaire is 7th November 2008.
The Pre-Qualification questionnaire will be emailed by return. It is to be completed and returned in hard copy form to Babergh District Council by 21st November 2008.

A pre-set scoring matrix will be used to mark returned Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and 4 tenderers will form a short-list who will be invited to tender for the project.
