Friends of St Mary’s is a group of residents from Belstead Village who have worked to save their local church from redundancy. The group have given their time, money and enthusiasm to rescue St Mary’s with a vigorous programme of working parties and social events. The Church now has monthly services, flower shows and coffee mornings which has led to community spirit being reborn in the village.
