David Cobley receiving his award

David has worked on the Belstead Village Hall Management Committee for over 28 years and has been the mainstay of the committee through some difficult times helping to secure funding from local, parish and other charities to enable the Village Hall to be kept in good repair. As well as his committee membership David is now the Village Hall booking agent and arranges many fundraising events.
