If you, or someone who lives with you, are disabled then you may be entitled to a discount on your Council Tax. In order to qualify for a disabled reduction you need to meet one of the following criteria:
- There is a room, but not a bathroom, kitchen or lavatory, which is predominantly used by the disabled person and is required for meeting their needs.
- There is a second bathroom or kitchen that is required to meet the needs of the disabled person.
- There is a wheelchair used indoors.
