Post Office or PayPoint Payment

Summary

How to make payments to the Council at the Post Office or PayPoint.

Payment can be made at any Post Office or PayPoint outlet but you must first obtain a Council Tax/Rent Payment Card from the Council.  To request a card, please contact Customer Services on 01473 825798.

As soon as you have received your Payment Card(s) you can make payment by handing your card(s) to the counter staff in the Post Office or PayPoint and advise them how much you are going to pay.  You will be given a receipt as proof of payment.

Council Rent Payment

All you need is a special payment card.  Please contact Customer Services by telephone 01473 825798 or by e-mail: customer.services@babergh.gov.uk to order one.  Upon receipt of the payment card you can make payments at any post office in the country.
