Members to declare any interests as appropriate in respect of items to be considered at this meeting.

MINUTES
To confirm and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 8 November 2006 as a correct record.

PETITIONS
The Head of Corporate Services to report, in accordance with Council Procedure Rule No. 13, petitions have been submitted to the Chief Executive relating to:-
Application No. B/06/01611/CEU – application for Certificate of Lawfulness of an existing use – to allow continued use of a holiday site and caravan and motor home storage, Clockhouse Farm, Cavendish Lane, Glemsford (the petition has been signed by approximately 34 residents and will be dealt with under delegated authority).
The felling of a beech tree in connection with Application No. B/06/01046 – erection of a two-storey detached dwelling, part rear garden 112 Melford Road, Sudbury (the petition has been signed by approximately 32 residents). The planning application was dealt with under delegated authority and the tree has been inspected by an Arboricultural Consultant.
In accordance with Procedure Rules, the Chief Executive will report the receipt of these petitions to the Council meeting on 19 December 2006.

QUESTIONS FROM MEMBERS
The Chairman to answer any questions on any matters in relation to which the Council has powers or duties which affect the District and which fall within the terms of reference of the Committee of which due notice has been given in accordance with Council Procedure Rule No. 15.4 – (a) and (b).

SITE INSPECTIONS
In addition to any site inspections which the Committee may consider to be necessary, the Chief Planning Control Officer will report on any other applications which require site inspections.
The provisional date for any site inspections is Wednesday 13 December 2006.
