TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NO. BT 417 – LAND EAST OF 1 NEW COTTAGES THE STREET BURSTALL

To consider an objection to the above Order and whether in the light of the representations made, the Order should be confirmed.

Report by the Head of Natural and Built Environment attached.

1.    Summary of procedure attached.

2.    Plan attached showing the location of the site and the Cranfield Memorial Hall.

3.    A site inspection for Members of the Committee will take place prior to the meeting, at 10am. 

4.    Relevant officers together with the objector will also be present at the site inspection, which is not open to the public.
