MINUTES
To confirm and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 3 February 2006 as a correct record.
Members’ attention is drawn to the Committee’s recommendation to Council in Minute No 43 – Appointment of Co-opted Members. The Council on 23 February 2006 approved the appointment of the two Independent Members and noted the appointment of the two Parish Council representatives. To regularise the position the Committee is asked to confirm the appointment of Mrs J M Cole and Mrs P F Cook as the Parish Council representatives on the Standards Committee for the 2 year period from 1 March 2006.

The Acting Head of Legal and Administrative Services to report, in accordance with Council Procedure Rule No. 13, the receipt of any petitions submitted to the Chief Executive.

The Chairman to answer any questions on matters in relation to which the Council has powers or duties or which affect the District and fall within the terms of reference of the Committee of which due notice has been given in accordance with Council Procedure Rule No. 15.4 – (a) and (b).
