2 DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Members to declare any interests as appropriate in respect of items to be considered at this meeting.
3 REFERRED COMPLAINT IN RESPECT OF COUNCILLOR JOWETT, EAST BERGHOLT PARISH COUNCIL
Mr Steve Kingston, an Ethical Standards Officer of the Standards Board for England has referred to Ms Pauline McBride, Monitoring Officer, a complaint in respect of Councillor Jowett of East Bergholt Parish Council, together with his report of investigation of the complaint.
The Committee is now required to conduct a local hearing to determine whether Councillor Jowett failed to observe the Parish Council's Code of Conduct in respect of any of the allegations set out in Mr Kingston's report.
