| Babergh District Council Environmental Services enforce health and safety in premises including offices, shops, warehouses, residential homes, tyre and exhaust centres, churches, catering and leisure facilities.
Our roles include:

Accident investigation,

Health and safety advice,
-
Dealing with complaints, and
- Inspection of workplaces

Other types of workplaces are dealt by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). The Health and Safety Executive (http://www.hse.gov.uk/) enforce safety legislation in premises including factories, motor vehicle repair centres, nursing homes, schools, hospitals, construction sites, domestic premises, farms.
