Babergh District Council keeps a prosecutions register of all those premises that have been prosecuted under the Health and Safety at Work Act and its relevant statutory provisions. However those premises which fall to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for inspection purposes will not be recorded in our prosecutions register.
