In response to partnership working with Nayland Parish Council, and the results of a local housing needs survey, and following an appraisal of the council owned properties at No’s 25 and 26 Harpers Estate, Nayland these were identified as having potential for redevelopment. The original 2 x 2 bedroomed bungalows have been demolished and have been replaced by 4 x 2 bed houses. Flagship Housing Group partnered Babergh on this project and the scheme was completed in July 2008.
