Draft Report – Consultation
Babergh, Mid Suffolk and Suffolk Coastal District Councils and Ipswich Borough Council have appointed Fordham Research to undertake a Strategic Housing Market Assessment.
The aim of this is to better understand the local housing market; identify gaps in housing provision and support; and to have a clearer picture of current and future housing needs in both the market and affordable housing sectors.
We will be very pleased to hear your views on the findings of this project. For further information please see the SHMA website. This contains the a range of information including the Executive Summary, a ‘main findings’ paper, the full draft report, and a number of ‘issues papers’ which concentrate on specific issues.
The consultation period runs from 16 June 2008 to 25 July 2008.
Following this we will update the draft report to reflect any feed back that you may give us. The final report will then be made available on this website.
