If you are having problems with money, do not wait until you are unable to pay your rent before contacting us. You may be entitled to benefits you are not claiming and our staff will be pleased to help. Remember to contact us as soon as possible at Customer Services : 01473 825798.

Although you must pay your rent on time, if you have any difficulty in paying your rent or you think that you may have a problem paying it in the future, get in touch straight away.  It is important that you contact us before a debt grows. Your circumstances will be discussed in confidence and arrangements made for you to pay your rent plus an amount to clear arrears, according to your debt and ability to pay.
