Some advantages of these services are:

  • E-billing provides a faster, more efficient and convenient way to receive your Council Tax or Business Rate bill
  • It gives you access to your account at a time convenient to you.
  • It helps to cut the cost of collection by reducing our printing and postage costs
  • It helps to protect the environment by saving paper

Please follow the registration instructions below to register for online access.

Registration

Before you can use these services you need to register.  To do this you can either:-

Once we have authenticated your request, we will send you your USER_ID and password.  This will be posted to the address that we send your Council Tax bill to.  You will be able to change these details when you first use the service.

E-Billing

We will send you your bill to the e-mail address you supply.

Security

We protect the information we hold about you by only allowing it to be viewed over a secure internet connection.  When you click on the link you may get a dialogue box telling you that are about to view pages over a secure connection.  If you do, click the 'OK' button to continue.

Completing an online form helps us to save money, time, and paper. Our online forms are secure. If you are in a public place (library, internet cafe, etc) and you are providing us with personal information, please take extra precautions to protect your information.
