Help and instruction on different ways to pay your rent.

Rent Calendar

The Council collects rent over 48 specific weeks during each financial year. The remaining 4 weeks are non-collection weeks.

This shows the weeks in the financial year when rent is payable and which weeks are designated as rent free.

Your rent is due weekly on a Monday. We are able to accept rent payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly to suit you. Various methods are available to make payment easy.

Methods of Payment available;

Please note that there is a charge of 1.5% for all payments made by credit card in respect of;

  • Council Tax
  • Non Domestic Rates
  • Rents
  • Sundry Debtor Invoices
