Please note the following conditions:
- The weekly rent for a council garage for 2008 is £5.66 for Council Tenants and £8.35 including VAT for applicants who are not tenants of Babergh District Council.
- Council Tenants whose rent accounts are in arrears will not be allocated a garage.
- Garages are not always immediately available. Your name will be place on a waiting list if there are no vacancies at the time you apply.
- Applicants who are not tenants of Babergh Council houses will only be allocated a garage of no Council Tenant is waiting for a garage in the same location.
- Garage tenants who are not tenants of Babergh Council houses will be charged Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate.
- Garage tenancies are subject to conditions of tenancy
