How can I report a repair?
Please use the online Non Urgent Repairs Request form to report a repair to your council house.
The form is one page long and will take approximately three minutes to complete.
When you have submitted the form a copy of the Repair Notice confirming the details reported and a target date for completion will be sent to you by post, within 5 working days.
Some repairs will need to be inspected before the order is given to the contractor.
Please remember the contractor will only carry out work that we have ordered.

Telephone - During office hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday on 01473 825757 or after 5pm and weekends on 0845 601 3390. Please note that all calls after 5pm will be monitored and recorded.

Letter or by printing out and sending the online Non Urgent Repairs Request form to:

We will need to know all of the following:
- Your name,
- Your address
- Details of the repair,
- When you are available and
- Your telephone number or other contact.
