Reporting Repairs

Summary

Reporting repairs to Council Houses

How can I report a repair?

Please use the online Non Urgent Repairs Request form to report a repair to your council house.

The form is one page long and will take approximately three minutes to complete.

When you have submitted the form a copy of the Repair Notice confirming the details reported and a target date for completion will be sent to you by post, within 5 working days.

Some repairs will need to be inspected before the order is given to the contractor.

Please remember the contractor will only carry out work that we have ordered.
