Objectives

Family Mosaic is one of the largest housing groups in the UK, providing homes and housing services to around 45,000 people in 20,000 homes.

  • Varied: it might be a two-bed maisonette on a close in Essex, a one-bed flat on an estate in North London or a four-bed street-facing house in South London.
  • Sheltered housing – these schemes provide older people with comfortable and secure homes, as well as independent living.
  • Housing with extra support – these schemes provide for people with special needs, whether it’s a mental health illness, victims of domestic violence or refugees and asylum seekers.

Young Families Scheme

Family Mosaic have a Young Families Scheme at Sycamore Road, Great Cornard.  The scheme offers accommodation with support for parents with young children and 'soon-to-be' parents.  You can apply for the Young Families Scheme if:

  • you have a baby or are expecting a baby and
  • you are homeless or in severe housing need and
  • you have been living in or have connection with the Babergh District Council area.
