CAR PARKING GROUP GETS TO WORK

The Councillors charged by Babergh District Council to investigate local solutions to public car parks in Hadleigh, Lavenham and Sudbury will be meeting next Tuesday (June 8^th) to set the agreed scope of their investigations. (4th June)

BABERGH SURVEY AIMS TO IMPROVE HADLEIGH YOUTH FACILITIES

The results of a survey into the needs of young people in a Suffolk town could lead to more resources being made available for teenagers, including a teenshelter, visits from a mobile cinema and new computers. (8th June)

BABERGH BACKS CONTINUED CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY PHONE SERVICE

After a review of its trial extended opening times Babergh District Council’s Revenues Division will continue to offer residents its out of office hours telephone service, albeit on a slightly modified basis of 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (14th June)
