Babergh District Council is running a series of free walking sessions in order to help people get fit and make new friends.

The walks, which are being run in conjunction with Stepping Out and the Suffolk Sport Active Wellbeing programme, start this week on January 14th in Hadleigh.

The walks will take place in Hadleigh and Sudbury alternately, on Thursdays at 1pm, lasting approximately 45 minutes.

The Hadleigh walks start from outside the library and the Sudbury walks start from outside the Kingfisher Leisure Centre. There is an opportunity to chat and make new friends over coffee after each walk.
