Safeguarding Employment Land - Draft Supplementary Planning Guidance

The Safeguarding Employment Land Supplementary Planning Document forms part of the  Local Development Framework.  It provides detailed advice in support of Local Plan Policy EM24, to prospective applicants on the criteria against which proposals for the alternative use of business, industrial and warehouse land will be considered.
