This application will allow you to see the information we are currently using to support your claim. You will be asked to check and amend any details that are different.
You can only use this service if we have sent a claim checker letter to you. You will need the claim reference and password from that letter to use this service.
If you have received a letter but cannot use the online claim checker service yourself, we have arranged for some organisations to help do this for you. Their details can be found on your letter.
You must complete and submit this claim checker within a month of the date on the letter. Your password will expire then and your benefit may be stopped if you have not completed the check.
You will need to make sure you have all of your paperwork to hand. If you leave the service inactive for more than 30 minutes, it times out and you will have to start again.
