Paperless billing, also known as e-billing, is the fast, secure and environmentally friendly way to receive your Business Rates bills.
You can register for paperless billing at any time.
All you need to do is:
1) Click on the button which applies to you below.
2) Click 'Sign in or Register for an account'
3) Opt-in for paperless billing (you can find this option under your account details).
4) Any organisations or people who are named on your Business Rates bill, must register for their own account and opt-in for paperless billing to prevent paper bills being issued.
If you’ve correctly followed the steps above, we will send you an email notification when a new or amended bill is available to view.
It’s important to tell us if you change your email address as you’ll receive a paper bill if your email address is invalid.
There’s no need to re-register if you move elsewhere in the districts, just make sure you update your address on MyAccount.
