How To Pay

You can choose how you pay your Business Rates:

  • Annually, on receipt of the bill
  • Two half yearly instalments (in April and October)
  • 10 monthly instalments (on 1st of the month)

You can arrange to pay over 12 months. To set this up please email us by the 1st April requesting this option.

It is important that you contact us as soon as possible if you are finding it difficult to make payments. Please do not wait for a reminder notice to arrive. If you contact us early before recovery proceedings have commenced we can consider your position and it may be possible to agree other arrangements.

Your bill can be paid in any of the following ways:

Direct Debit

Take the worry out of bill paying and let your bank or building society pay your tax instalments direct to the Council. You can pay on 1st or 15th of the month.
