Payments to Suppliers

Each month a list of payments to suppliers is published with a value of £250 or over (inclusive of VAT). Publication of these reports form part of the Councils commitment to be open and transparent with its residents.

Suppliers can be limited companies, other local authorities, government departments, community organisations, small businesses or the self-employed. The only payments that are included are the ones the Council has made which relate to the purchase of goods and services. Some spend is split between Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council which has been reflected in the reports.

Although this information was previously available to the public on request, all Councils are now encouraged to publish whatever supplier payment information they can, at minimum cost.

All spend (exclusive of VAT) using the Government Procurement Cards that are held by officers within the Council is also published.

You can view or save this information by downloading any of the files listed below. Each file contains the records of the one month's payments. The files are in CSV format, which will enable you to open them using most spreadsheet applications or you may prefer to view or save the files in a PDF format.
