Upload Benefit Evidence
You can upload scanned documents or digital photos to support your claim for Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Reduction. Digital photos can be taken on a smart phone or tablet.
If you have already reported your change of circumstances you can use this form to upload supporting evidence.
Your uploaded files need to be clearly readable. If we cannot read your documents it will take longer to process your claim or change.
Type of files accepted as attachments:
- Images (jpeg, gif, png)
- TIF
Please note it is advisable not to attach files bigger than 5mb.
Scan all documents you wish to attach and save them as PDF. If you wish to attach an image, please save it as either jpeg, gif or png. If you wish to attach a Word Document, please first save it as a PDF.
Please ensure that these files are not password protected.
