Open Access is a self-service portal which is available to all of our tenants. Open Access provides a range of services for tenants available on your smartphone, tablet, or computer:

  • Pay Rent
  • Obtain a Balance Enquiry
  • Report a Repair and Track its Progress
  • Log and Track Communications
  • Update your Contact Details
  • View your Tenancy and Housing Officer Details
  • Submit Complaints and Compliments

You can also come to a customer access point to use Open Access.
