Resident Involvement

We want to hear your views on how we deliver our housing services.

We are always looking for tenants and leaseholders to give their thoughts and views.

What's in it for me?

There are real benefits of being involved:

  • You can tell us what works well and not so well
  • Help to make changes
  • Free training available
  • Demonstrate new skills on your CV
  • Make new friends

We also pay any costs you incur such as childcare and travel.

How can I get involved?

There are a number of ways in which you can get involved.

Tenant board

A group of tenants and leaseholders meet every month. They work with us to scrutinise the services we provide, and help us to improve and celebrate when things are working well.

Sounding board

A group of tenants and leaseholders who meet as required to help us review an area.
