STAR survey - Summer 2019

We are about to undertake a satisfaction survey of all our tenants and leaseholders, known as the STAR survey.  This will give us a very detailed insight into the views and opinions of the people who rely on our services and so this will be a very helpful way of helping us to make improvements.

We have decided to survey all 6,600 households across the two districts as well as our 130 leaseholders.

Three individual survey forms will be used to allow us to concentrate on the views of tenants in our general needs accommodation, those living in our sheltered schemes and our leaseholders.

We are using an independent company, Marketing Means, to administer the survey on our behalf and surveys will be sent out w/c 13 May 2019.
