Emergency repair works restriction now in place
During the current COVID-19 restrictions, we are now operating an emergency, external and disabled adaptations repair requests only. In the meantime, we will record only all other repairs until we are able to return to a full repairs service.
We will prioritise emergency works where there is a risk to people or significant property damage. These works include but are not limited to:
- power cuts
- uncontrollable leaks or floods
- blocked drains
- insecure doors or windows
- fire alarm faults and other repairs that cannot be put off
Please help us by only requesting repairs if they are essential. Thank you for your patience whilst we work hard to keep services running safely to support and protect our tenants.
What to expect from us when carrying out works
When carrying out repairs, we will contact you ahead of your appointment. We will ask how you are feeling and discuss the best way to complete your repair.
We will follow social isolation and distancing wherever possible.
While we are in your home, please consider the safety of yourself and our staff. Make provision to isolate yourself in another room if possible.
We are making every effort to complete planned improvement and safety inspections. However, some works may be paused if staff and supplies are reduced.
