Put Your Questions to Babergh's Leader and Deputy Leader

Posted by on 20 April 2018 | Comments

The Leader and Deputy Leader of Babergh District Council are inviting residents to ask their questions at a Come & Talk event in Sudbury.

Cllr John Ward and Cllr Jan Osborne will be in Sudbury Town Hall from 10am to 12pm on Saturday 28 April, and all are welcome to drop by to put their questions on any of the work of Babergh District Council.

Cllr John Ward, Leader of Babergh District Council, said: “We work hard to get the information our residents need out there online, in the press and available from our customer access points. But there are times people might have more specific questions or local concerns, and it’s right they can ask us to address those too. By coming along on Saturday you can put your own questions, however specific, to us and get an answer, face to face.”

As a local authority, Babergh District Council provides a wide range of support and services, from domestic bin collections to food safety inspections of food businesses. Residents are invited to put their questions on this work directly to the council’s Leader and Deputy Leader on 28 April.
