We will publish Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) reports on these pages including:
- The amount of CIL money we receive each year
- The amount of CIL money we pass to parish councils
- What we have spent CIL money on
- What town and parish councils have spent CIL money on
Neighbourhood CIL Payments
Neighbourhood CIL reports will be added here shortly after the 28 October and 28 April, once payments to parish/town councils have been made.
Neighbourhood CIL payments from 1 April 2019 onwards can be viewed on our Developer Contributions Database
The reports detailing the CIL income and expenditure for the financial year will be added to this section of this webpage.
Infrastructure Funding Statement
The Infrastructure Funding Statement is completed under new CIL legislation which was agreed in 2019, to detail both the District Council's CIL and Section 106 (S106) spend. This report has replaced the yearly District Council report which was completed from 2016-2019.
Town and parish council
The reports detailing the CIL income and expenditure for the financial year should be published on the parish and town councils websites.
Developer contributions database
We are one of three pilot authorities working with software suppliers Exacom to make CIL income and expenditure information more accessible. You can search for CIL and S106 data for your parish, ward or district area to identify how much CIL or S106 income may be due or how much has been received. You can also view the funds that have been allocated to infrastructure projects and to parish and town councils for spending.
