Infrastructure Funding Statement
The Infrastructure Funding Statement is completed under new CIL legislation which was agreed in 2019, to detail both the District Council's CIL and Section 106 (S106) spend. This report has replaced the yearly District Council CIL monitoring report which was completed from 2016-2019.

Town and Parish Council
The reports detailing the CIL income and expenditure for the financial year should be published on the parish and town councils websites.
Developer Contributions Database
We are one of three pilot authorities working with software suppliers Exacom to make CIL income and expenditure information more accessible. You can search for CIL and S106 data for your parish, ward or district area to identify how much CIL or S106 income may be due or how much has been received. You can also view the funds that have been allocated to infrastructure projects and to parish and town councils for spending.
