Once your form has been submitted you will receive a receipt and our Validation Team will receive the completed form and payment details.
We are looking to develop forms for other types of development in the future; for the time being please apply for all other types of developments via the Planning Portal as detailed below.
We always recommend getting pre-application advice before incurring any costs. We can advise if your project needs permission/consent, if it is likely to be supported in principle and what type of information you are likely to be asked for.

You will be able to attach electronic versions of plans and drawings, if required.
There is an added advantage of an automatic check to ensure (as far as possible) that your application contains all the necessary information and accompanying documents.
