Local Development Scheme
A new Local Development Scheme (LDS) - which sets out the revised timetable for the production of the Joint Local Plan (JLP), was approved by:
- Babergh District Council on 25 October 2022 and
- Mid Suffolk District Council on 27 October 2022

Local Development Scheme (LDS)
The LDS outlines a Part 1 and a Part 2 JLP, and introduces nine supplementary planning documents. An updated programme for revisions to the charging schedule of the Community Infrastructure Levy is also set out.
