Advice on the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is available as additional advice (see Table 8 in the Pre-Application Charges Schedule).
You can seek an estimate of CIL as part of your pre-application enquiry, or guidance on the CIL Regulations and applying for exemptions.
If you receive planning permission, you can also seek advice on its own about the process and requirements of the CIL Regulations. This includes support on which forms to submit and when.
When seeking a CIL estimate please make sure you provide accurate floor plans of all proposed and existing buildings on the site.
