The framework enables officers, councillors and communities to track our progress in delivering the Joint Strategic Plan, and to understand key risks and share in the celebration of achievements.
The framework shifts from the traditional measurement of outputs and inputs to measuring the desired results and outcomes of our key projects, activities, and services. It provides a strong evidence base for service improvement and transformation, and facilitates better decision making and the efficient use of our resources. To ensure a robust system is in place quarterly reports and reviews of the performance measures undertaken.
