My waste hasn't been collected

PLEASE NOTE - Garden waste (brown bin) collections have been suspended from Monday 11 January 2021 until further notice - Find further information about the suspension of garden waste collections

We collect more than 80,000 bins across the districts every week.

Sometimes, collections can be delayed by factors out of our control. This includes; roadworks, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather or parked cars preventing safe access.

To avoid a missed collection, please make sure that your bin is out by 6:30am and check what should go in your binsAny bin that contains items it shouldn't will not be emptied.

Before reporting a missed collection

Please check below for any known delays in your area. If your road is listed, it means that we are already aware that your waste has yet to be collected. Therefore please do not report a missed collection, and continue to leave your bin out. The collection will be made as soon as possible.
