Historic England publishes a National Buildings at Risk Register

This list includes some additional buildings/sites considered "at risk" due to archaeological importance or as a place of worship.

Buildings capable of beneficial use are ‘at risk’ if they are in very bad or poor condition or in a fair condition but vacant.

A listed building not capable of occupancy (such as a statue or wall) will be “at risk” if in a very bad or poor condition, or if it is in fair condition but lacking management to ensure its future maintenance.

Inclusion in the register implies no criticism of the owners of the buildings concerned, many of whom are actively seeking ways to secure their buildings’ futures.
