How we’re helping residents access support

Every year, more than £24 billion in benefits goes unclaimed across the UK.

We use our data to identify households that may be missing out on financial help and other services. By reaching out directly, we can help residents access the assistance they're entitled to, including:

  • Benefits, grants, discounts and help with childcare, housing and everyday living costs
  • Support with disability benefits, employment, energy bills and debt management
  • Health and wellbeing services, including carers' support, smoking cessation programmes, community activities and home adaptations
  • Specialist support for tenants experiencing financial difficulties, helping them increase income, reduce debt, build digital skills and maintain their tenancy
