Paperless billing

Paperless billing, also known as eBilling, is the fast, secure and environmentally friendly way to receive your Council Tax bills.

How do I register?

You can register for paperless billing at any time.

All you need to do is:

1) Click on the button which applies to you below.

Access your Babergh MyAccount
Access your Mid Suffolk MyAccount

2) Click 'Sign in or Register for an account'

3) Opt-in for paperless billing (you can find this option under your account details).

4) Anyone who is named on your Council Tax bill, must register for their own account and opt-in for paperless billing to prevent paper bills being issued.

What happens next?

If you’ve correctly followed the steps above, we will send you an email notification when a new or amended bill is available to view.

It’s important to tell us if you change your email address, as you’ll receive a paper bill if your email address is invalid.

There’s no need to re-register if you move elsewhere in the districts, just make sure you update your address on MyAccount.
