Online payments and planning portal scheduled maintenance
Due to scheduled maintenance from 5pm Thursday 2
April to 6pm Monday 6 April we will be
unable to take payments through the website for Council Tax, Business
Rates, Rent, Housing Benefit Overpayments and Sundry Invoices.
Payments can still be made by telephone, using our Automated Telephone
Payment system by calling 0300 123 4000.
The planning search page will also be unavailable and if you need
to submit a planning comment in this time, please email planning@baberghmidsuffolk.gov.uk with
the case reference in the subject.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The MiPermit app makes it easier for you to pay for your parking. You can pay through your mobile phone and you don't have to display a ticket.
Season Tickets
Overnight Season Tickets are available for this car park that allow motorists to park from 5:00pm until 6.00pm and 8.00am until 9.00am, Monday to Saturday. Parking is free between 6.00pm and 8.00am, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Blue Badge holders can park for free for three hours, and do not need to obtain a ticket from the machine. Just display your Blue Badge and set your Time Clock to the time of your arrival.
Motorcycle parking
Motorcycles can park for free in the motorcycle bay, without the need to display a ticket. Maximum stay of 4 hours applies.
Electric Vehicle charging
The Electric Vehicle chargers in this car park are up to 22kw and are operated by Fuuse. EV charging costs 48p per kWh. Parking charges and the maximum stay applies during the ticketing hours. Outside of these hours, vehicles can charge for as long as needed and park for free.
Electric Car Club vehicles
There are two electric vehicles based in this car park available to hire as part of the Plug In Suffolk scheme. To find out more information and join the club please visit Co-Wheels Suffolk.
Safer Parking Award
This car park has achieved the standards of the Safer Parking Scheme and is granted The Safer Parking Award. This demonstrates the facility provides Police accredited parking and has quality management, effective surveillance, appropriate lighting and a clean environment.
Park Access
This car park has received the Park Access Award of Excellence as it has met the criteria set out be the British Parking Association and Disabled Motoring UK for providing parking and electric vehicle charging facilities which are accessible and inclusive.
