Make a building control application
Please make sure that you read our advice before you apply webpages - as well as the information on this webpage - before you complete our application form.
From 1st October 2026, if you are submitting an application for building control approval with full plans for a new dwelling or purpose-built student accommodation, you will need to provide additional information. This information is required for the Building Safety Levy and is included within the online application.

Before you submit your building regulations application to us, make sure you have received a quote and are applying for the correct application type.

Payment for BUILDING NOTICE and REGULARISATION applications must be made by card payment on submission of the application.
