We are working hard to protect our residents, staff and services, as well as respond to the current COVID-19 situation.
We've created a new FAQs document for questions around conditions.
All planning applications, correspondence and payments should now be submitted electronically.
Our phone lines are open and staff are taking phone calls between 9am and 5pm.
Email responses may be sent outside of usual working hours. We are working flexibly in order to safeguard the service and to manage the current demand we place on IT capacity.
We will continue to validate applications, and carry out consultations and publicity.
If you are interested in tracking planning applications in your area, you can register an account on our planning search page (Public Access). By doing so, you can receive notifications (via email) of new and decided applications.
If you do not have a computer at home you may find it useful to visit one of the districts' many libraries.
From Wednesday 12 May, Planning Committee will be once again be held in Endeavour House. Please contact Committee Services in advance if you wish to attend in person.
